LeBrun: Jets "phoning every single team in the league"

Pierre LeBrun was on Edmonton’s TSN 1260 on Thursday afternoon.

On the Winnipeg Jets' injury issues:

“In the meantime, the Jets, I can tell you, are absolutely phoning every single team in the league trying to find a match. I doubt at this point before tomorrow night’s roster freeze they can get a Top-4 guy. I just think that’s such a hard deal. But in terms of maybe at least getting a human being who can play defence (laughs), a depth guy – I know they’re really hopeful  - or are certainly trying to get something done before tomorrow night because they simply have to.”
