Friedman thinks Sharks' McLellan "will be elsewhere next year"

Elliotte Friedman was on Toronto’s Sportsnet 590 on Thursday afternoon.

On the ramifications of the Sharks’ season, if Todd McLellan will be out, and if there’s a chance they’ll move Joe Thornton:

“No, I don’t think Thornton wants to go anywhere though.

“... As usual, with everything I say, I have no basis in fact. I’m just pure opinion. But I do think that you will see Todd McLellan elsewhere next year. It’s my opinion. I think things run their course.

“I’m not as certain about Doug Wilson. I don’t know what to make of that. But I do think that Todd McLellan will be elsewhere next year and I think it’s just a matter of where.”
