Dreger on McKenzie's reaction to TSN's llamas
/Darren Dreger was on Edmonton’s TSN 1260 on Tuesday morning.
On the llamas on set for TSN’s trade deadline show:
“I’ve got to tell you, what was most amusing for me was watching Bob McKenzie’s eroding sense of amusement in this. Because when he first got a whiff of these creatures from afar, he’s like: ‘What the... is that smell?’
“And then all of the sudden they parade these things out his face almost cracked because he smiled. And then he was annoyed by it. By the third tour of duty for these two beasts - yeah, Bob had had enough.
“Surly Bob came out to play at that point (laughs).
“For me, that was far more entertaining than anything that went down at the deadline.”
