Brodeur chuckles at Avery's 'Dancing with the Stars' stint
/NJ.com revisits the on-ice rivalry between New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur and former NHLer Sean Avery, while also getting Brodeur's take on Avery's short-lived stint on TV's 'Dancing with the Stars.'
“I didn't watch - I don't watch those shows – but I was watching NHL Network and they mentioned it,” Brodeur told NJ.com.
“What more could he do to embarrass himself?” Brodeur said with a chuckle. “There it is!”
Brodeur laughed and said "I don't have that in my gene" when asked if he would do the show some day.
“No. I don't dance … at all. But my kids would love me to do it, just to laugh at me!”
