Stastny: Olympic hockey rules social media

The Denver Post takes a look at the argument of whether or not the NHL should continue to send players to the Olympics.

Patrick Roy and Joe Sakic each weigh in, as does Avs center Paul Stastny, with a contemporary look at the benefits.

"If you look at the Internet and social media, the most talked about events are hockey," said Avs Stastny. "As a game, it kind of grows internationally when you put your best players on showcase. The fans love it. The owners? If someone does get hurt, sometimes you've got to deal with it, it's tough. But someone can get hurt during the all-star break doing nothing. It goes both ways."
