Friedman: Capitals may be looking for top-six forward

Elliotte Friedman was on Toronto’s Sportsnet 590 on Friday morning.

On the Washington Capitals:

 “I wouldn’t be surprised if the Capitals are looking for another forward too. I mean, it’s hard. I think it’s hard to find top-six forwards at this time. You look at Pittsburgh. They’re looking for one or two of them. But I think they’re probably looking for somebody else to help them ease their scoring load a little bit. It’s still, I think, too much on Ovechkin.”
