LeBrun on Voynov-Kings cap situation:
Stumbling block on cap relief right now is the NHLPA hasn't signed off on this. It's an escrow issue holding this up. PA and NHL continue to talk.
LeBrun on NHL security:
NHL had sent out security memo even before Ottawa's tragic events. Players were told there could be a terrorist attack.
McKenzie on NHL security:
A bunch of players said this year's annual warnings were at another level before this season began.
