Friedman: Nothing "even close" on Yakupov trade front

Elliotte Friedman was on 630 CHED Friday afternoon.

On Nail Yakupov:

“The whole thing that has kind of confused me a bit is with Yakupov, because I’ve got to tell you – I have not heard very much about him at all. But there’s a lot of other guys reporting that they’ve heard his name out there. I haven’t. So I never go by what other people say. I can only go by what I say and I really haven’t heard a lot about Yakupov at all. And I don’t think there’s anything even – I always worry I’m going to say this and then it happens – but I don’t think there’s anything even close going on with him right now.”
