LeBrun not hearing core Oilers in trade discussions
/Pierre LeBrun was on TSN 1290 Friday afternoon.
If the Oilers decided to trade a core player, who, in your opinion, would be the most likely to get moved?
“I just don’t think - I think if you’re asking who the untouchable guy is, I think it’s Taylor Hall. I think that’s the guy you’ve got to keep. I think he’s a sure-fire thoroughbred. That leaves to me pretty much almost anyone else open.
“But again, that’s premature. I haven’t heard any of that through the grapevine at all. I mean, I think what I have heard is that there is some real pressure here to get some results on this homestand. They’ve got to produce results right now over the next two weeks. And then it’s about revisiting what’s happened.”
